Refunds are NOT provided for digital products under any circumstances due to the nature of intellectual property, as stated in our Terms and Conditions. Once a digital product is purchased and accessed, it cannot be returned.
All payments are due immediately upon purchase. By selecting a payment option, you authorize Jonas Alexander Grodhues to automatically charge the card provided for the full amount or agreed installments. If you choose to discontinue a course or program before completing all payments, you remain fully responsible for the remaining payments, which may be charged in full to the card provided.
I, Jonas Alexander Grodhues, strive to ensure you are satisfied with your course or program. However, it is your responsibility to promptly raise any concerns. I will make every effort to address your needs and accommodate you. If you fail to communicate concerns, I am not liable for any claims or dissatisfaction.
If you are not satisfied, you may withdraw from the course or program at any time. However, due to the time and effort invested, no refunds will be provided, and you remain responsible for the full cost of the program.
If a payment is not processed within 7 days of its due date, the following late fees will apply:
If I terminate the agreement, any outstanding payments for services provided up to that point will be due immediately. Any payments made for services not yet rendered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
I do not tolerate chargeback threats or actual chargebacks from your credit card company. If a chargeback is initiated or threatened, I reserve the right to report the incident to all three major credit reporting agencies or other entities for inclusion in a chargeback database or as a delinquent account, which may negatively impact your credit score. Reported information will include your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address. To be removed from such a database, you must pay the full amount of the chargeback.
If you purchase through an affiliate or third-party merchant linked from my Website, your transaction details (e.g., credit card information) may be collected by the merchant and their payment processor. I am not responsible for the privacy practices, refund policies, or any loss or damage resulting from dealings with such merchants. Review their terms and conditions before purchasing. You release me, my affiliates, and payment processors from any claims or damages arising from such transactions.
My courses and programs may include live trainings or Q&A sessions with multiple participants. Any information you share during these sessions may be visible to others. I am not responsible for how other participants use or share this information. Live trainings may be recorded and used in the future, and I am not liable for any misuse by other course members.
